Gretl Plessinger who is a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement told that"FDLE started an investigation November 10, 2020, after receiving a complaint from the Department of Health regarding unauthorized access to a Department of Public Health messaging program which is part of an emergency alarm system, for use for emergencies only... As in all situations, our role is to ascertain the facts of what took place along with a State Attorney determines whether or not charges are filed."
