 Recently, she moved viral on TikTok for her video in which she shed light on some inequalities people with Down syndrome face.

In the movie she stated, Down syndrome face is being rejected for life-saving organ transplants. Afterwards, she added that the Fair Labor Standards Act allows companies to cover people with a physical or psychological impairment less than minimum wage or subminimum wage.

Within an interview with Buzzfeed, Charlotte said"I am also a college student at George Mason University -- as all the way. I am going to get a degree in Sociology with a focus on social justice and inequality. My mom told me once I was born that doctors said I'd never learn to read or write and that I would be set in a separate workshop since I grew up. I have, however, proven those doctors wrong."

She added,"I can not get married or I will lose my healthcare and supports."

Who's Charlotte Woodward?
She was born with Down syndrome and a heart condition, she had four open-heart surgeries. Virginia State Legislature passed a law preventing individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities from being denied organ transplant.

But she has successfully passed an organ transplant discrimination legislation where people with intellectual and physical disabilities cannot be denied an organ transplant.

Charlotte Woodward is the Community Outreach Associate for the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) where she supports public awareness and community outreach through public speaking, social networking, and writing a website.

Additionally, she's also working to create a magazine for and by individuals with Down syndrome. She became among the very few people born with Down syndrome to be given a life-saving heart transplant, and she shares her story to teach and advocate for many others.

Charlotte holds an associate degree from Northern Virginia Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology with a concentration in social change and inequality in George Mason University.

Additionally, she serving as Editor in Chief of a new NDSS online magazine known as:"Our Voices," composed by and for self-advocates with Down syndrome. Curently, she serves at NDSS"C21" (Chromosome 21) pop-up restaurant events to demonstrate that people with Down syndrome have been"ready, willing, and able" to work.

Aside from that, she loves cooking and baking, She then enjoys making muffins and scones.
