Graham Ivan Clark is 17 years old and was arrested for hacking notable Twitter accounts and penalizes individuals with a"Bit-Con" hoax on July 15.
On July 15th, he is accused of hacking notable Twitter accounts including Bill Gates, Barack Obama, Bloomberg, and Appl. Afterward, posting messages that directed victims to send Bitcoin to himaccording to the statement and he received more than 10,000 in Bitcoin, a cryptocurrency that is"difficult to track and recover if stolen in a scam," Hillsborough State Attorney Andrew Warren stated.
Then, he said"These crimes were perpetrated using the titles of famous people and actors, but they are not the principal sufferers here. This'Bit-Con' was designed to steal cash from ordinary Americans from all around the country, including here in Florida. This huge fraud was scraped right here in our backyard, and we're not going to stand for that."
On July 31st, Clark was detained by the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice, after his arrest,'' Warren stated"I want to congratulate our national law enforcement partners--the US Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, the FBI, the IRS, and the Secret Service--as well as the Florida Department of Law enforcement. They worked fast to investigate and determine the perpetrator of a complex and extensive fraud"
Clark is thought to be the linchpin of a hack which turned into an embarrassment for Twitter and called into question the security measures of a range of tech businesses. Furthermore, two other people were charged with taking part in the hack.

In April, the Secret Service seized over $700,000 worth of Bitcoin from him, in accordance with legal documents.
The Twitter hack began on July 15 as an effort to steal and sell unusual user titles. It quickly escalated, as the hackers took over consideration belonging to cryptocurrency businesses and celebrities. The scheme netted Bitcoin worth greater than $180,000.
They are accused of acting as agents throughout the hack by selling stolen Twitter user names.
According to the report, Clark tweeted from 45 of their accounts, obtained access to this direct messages of 36 accounts, and downloaded complete information from seven accounts. Later, they gained access to internal Twitter systems by stealing login information from workers, then used their access to reset passwords on the accounts, Nytimes accounts.
Celebrities including Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Mike Bloomberg, and Kanye West were among those whose accounts have been hacked. Clark reaped over $10,000 in only one day, according to Warren.
