Before, on Monday, Jamie declared his identification of colon cancer"Every morning because my diagnosis, I got up, turned to the radio microphone, also got to speak sports," Samuelsen said. "I had the escape from cancer, like so a lot of our listeners that face hardships, despair, and sickness, also -- they turned into us in the morning for some levity in this mad world. I wished to keep to have fun, not let cancer get in the means of doing everything I loved.
Career
He had been one of the primary sports musicians in Detroit and co-host of this"Jamie and Wojo Show" that airs weekdays at 6 PM on 97.1. Afterward, he had been a part of a performance that ruffled Detroit sports' teams' feathers in 1997.
What's more, Jamie was a part of the broadcast group for WJBK (Fox2) TV's Soccer Sunday series that examines the Detroit Lions on match day. Before, he signed to WDFN -- Detroit's initial all-sports channel and turned into a talk show host in March of 1995.
