Kyle Rittenhouse is 17 years old teenage supporter of police and he was appointed as an accused shooter in the chaotic collection of shootings. Furthermore, he's been charged with murder after two murdered during Wisconsin protests.
Now, he's in the custody in Illinois and held at a juvenile facility in Illinois. He's expected to be charged with first-degree intentional homicide, however, the official complaint (which would comprise the charge) has not been released yet.
His title was confirmed by USA Today journalist Nick Penzenstadler, who wrote,"Kyle Rittenhouse detained in Antioch, IL. Initial complaint ticket shows he'll be charged using 1st-degree intentional homicide for Kenosha shooting. Court records reveal he has been assigned a public defender and will look for an extradition hearing 8/28. IL complaint ticket reads he"fled the state of Wisconsin with the intent to prevent prosecution for (homicide)."
Rittenhouse continues to be assigned a public defender and will make his first court appearance Friday.

Three people in total were shot--two expired. Sheriff David Beth said one victim was shot at the head and another in the torso, the Milwaukee Journal Sentine l reported. A third person was also shot, but the wounds weren't considered to life threatening.
Curently, Rittenhouse is the sole accused shooter named up to now. Moreover, the unrest sparked following Blake, 29, was shot and paralyzed by a Kenosha police officer at an incident still under investigation.
A witness, Julio Rosas, 24, stated that when the gunman stumbled and dropped,"two individuals jumped onto him and there was a battle for command of his rifle. At that point during the battle, he just started to fire many rounds, and that dispersed individuals ."
Afterwards, he said,"The gun was being jerked about in all directions while it was being fired."

Kyle with a rifle jogging down the middle of a street for a crowd and a few police officers follow him. He stumbles and falls, and since he's approached by people in the crowd.
Additionally, since the crowd scatters, Kyle stands up and continues walking down the road as police cars arrive. Afterward he puts up his hands and walks toward the group cars, with somebody in the audience yelling at police the guy had just shot someone, but a few of those cars drive past him toward the people who had been shot.
