Terri Carbaugh is the Vice-Chancellor of Public Affairs in Brandman University,'' Part of the Chapman University System. Earlier, she had been a former aide for Kamala Harris.

Now, Terri leading Brandman's Office of Public Affairs, the department is designed to support news reporters, government officials, and thought leaders.
Terri started her career working in the state Legislature and advocating issues regarding K-12 and higher education policies.
Additionally, she served as the media secretary for Maria Shriver from 2004 to 2006.
