Nyra Banerjee was created on 14 May 1987 (age 32 years; as in 2019) at Mumbai. She attended Mumbai's Canossa Convent High School and proceeded into Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai to pursue her job of Legislative Law (L.L.B.)with a specialty in Intellectual Property Rights. Banerjee was a smart pupil and knowingly engaged in cultural programs within her school and college days. She was really good at music, dancing, and painting. She started studying ghazals and classical music by her mother at a really young age. After Nyra was in her 11th regular, she began anchoring at a TV station as a part-time occupation. She acted in a TV serial by K. Balachander. But she turned down different offers owing for her research.

Banerjee began her acting career in 2009 using all the Bollywood Film"Toss: A twist of Destiny" where she performed the character of'Sherry.' Afterward, she left her Telugu movie debut with"Aa Okkadu" (2009), Kannada movie debut with"Savaari two" (2014), Malayalam movie debut with"Koothara" (2014), and Tamil movie debut with"Aambala" (2015).
