Shruti Sinha was created on 28 March 1998 (age 21 years; as in 2019) in Delhi, India. She attended Somerville school, Delhi. She had been fond of dancing since childhood and has learned belly dancing, hip dancing, jazz, and contemporary dance for 8 years. She has also received training in classical dance for ten years.

Shruti started her television journey together with the 5th season of this dancing reality series "Dance India Dance." She engaged in the series as a contestant. She even received a"Golden Fortune Cap" from among the judges on the series.
She featured in the MTV's"Love On The Run."
In 2018, Sinha auditioned for"MTV Roadies Xtreme," and won a'Immediate entry into the Journey' ticket in the Pune auditions.
Thereafter, she participated in the 11th season of MTV's dating reality series "Splitsvilla," and emerged as the winner of the show along with her very best friend Gaurav Alugh.
Shruti also functions as a model and has endorsed various accessories and clothing manufacturers.
