She's an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine, Public Health, and Management. In accordance with her LinkedIn page, she is an associate professor of internal medicine and epidemiology at the Yale School of Medicine.
Her study focuses on promoting health and health care equity for marginalized populations with an emphasis on supporting healthcare workforce diversity and advancement, Smith also the principal investigator on several NIH and foundation-funded study projects, including an NIH/NCI-funded project.
