Mrunal began her career in acting while she was in school. She appeared in the role of a writer on Star Plus' series Har Yug Mein Ayega Ek Arjun. She hosted a comedy point drama Do Fool Chaar Mali and co-host Barun Sobti at Dubai.
Mrunal continued her acting trip by playing the lead part in Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya reverse Arjit Taneja.
The celebrity has also tried her palms at Marathi cinema and also did movies like Hi Nadan, Vitti Dandu, Surajya and Rangkarmi.
