Betsy Rothstein has been 28 years old contentious gossip blogger in The Daily Caller who mostly covered Washington, D.C. politics. On June 28th she passed away following a lengthy bout with cancer.
Her death was supported by her brother Joel on Facebook tribute, he wrote"It's with unimaginable grief that I need to notify you that my sister Betsy Rothstein expired a very long sickness later now. She passed peacefully surrounded by family and amazing friends. I'll be returning home to Akron, Ohio to be alongside our mother and dad. If you're so moved, please take a contribution in the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance."
Besty colleague and family tributed her social networking. Olivia Nuzzi, a political writer for New York magazine, wrote a tribute to Rothstein, whom she called a friend and"an expert thorn in the side of Washington media characters."
Career
She started her career with journalism from Cambridge, Massachusetts, working to get a Cuban paper where she ran man-on-the-street interviews.
She also earned a Master's level at Medill School of Journalism.
Family
