Dheeraj was great in his college days and was also the captain of the School's Cricket team. While he had been in his school, he engaged in a little modelling contest and came out as a winner. After finishing his graduation, he did a degree course in fashion designing. Dheeraj got motivated for behaving while he was in his school and became the'May King' in among those school plays.

Career
Dheeraj began his career as a model in TV advertising. Back in 2009, he also made his acting debut with Colors' TV's" Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg" where he played the role of Ansh. Then, he seemed as Shushant at the TV serial"Behenein." In 2011, Dhoopar depicted the use of Prem Bhardwaj at Sasural Simar Ka and gained wide recognition.
Along with an actor, he's also a fashion designer. Dheeraj has featured on the covers of many magazines such as DE MODE.
