She began her career as a child artiste in 2010 using the TV series"Dill Mill Gayye (2007-2010)," which aired on Star One station.
She gained fame after performing the function of'youthful Phulwa" from the TV serial"Phulwa" that aired on Colors TV from 2011 to 2012. She made her debut as a performer with the TV series"Tu Aashiqui (2017-2018)."
She made her movie debut with the film"Aagaah--The Warning" at 2011.
Controversy
In 2018, during the shooting of the TV series"Tu Aashiqui (2017-2018)," that aired Colors TV, Jannat has been asked to do a few romantic scenes with all the lead performer of the series. Jannat disagreed to it stating, she was not comfortable in performing romantic scenes and it was not acceptable for her age. Her parents also encouraged her inside. On the other hand, the thing got out of hands once the show manufacturers started auditioning for Jannat's replacement to the series. The problem was eventually settled after the manufacturers of this series agreed with the celebrity not to to include romantic scenes, which surpasses celebrity's limits.
