John Neville had been 56 years old Black guy who'd suffered a medical emergency while in the Forsyth County jail.
On Wednesday, a judge introduced body footage worn by officials within the Forsyth County Detention Center at Winston-Salem. From the movie, John was spotted saying"I can not breathe" until his December 2019 passing.
According to the report, Neville died as a consequence of his injuries and five-star officers, together with a nurse, who have been charged with involuntary manslaughter in their handling of this situation that resulted in his passing.
John Neville stated he could not' breathe 24 occasions and at one stage, an officer said Neville could breathe since he was speaking. But he died days later from the hospital following the injuries sustained during the episode.

Neville stays . A deputy attempts to cut on the cuffs using the bolt cutters however they can not breakthrough. A deputy asks all the others if they are OK. "He is not looking nice," one states until a snicker is observed from the background.
Neville loudly yells. A deputy tells him to relax while they attempt to discover another pair of bolt cutters. 1 deputy inquires if another requires a break. He says . A voice from sight of the camera inquires whose cuffs are around Neville.
A deputy says they're his. The voice says,'That is coming from your pay check,''' along with the deputies laugh. 1 deputy informs others he knows they are playing holding down Neville before giving them a rest if they want it.
They check to be sure everybody's camera is on. 1 individual says their camera will not remain. A deputy inquires Neville again when he is good. He does not reply. New bolt cutters have been attracted. Someone states Neville is annoyed as the deputies cut the handcuffs. After the handcuffs are away, deputies are advised to roll him over. A deputy continues providing directions about the best way best to roll him over. He inquires Neville if he is fine. He does not reply. Someone off-screen inquires if Neville is OK. "Get emergency medical here just to be sure."
She repeats his title. Deputies let him awaken. The room goes silent before they begin again. "You men killed him" someone yells. "You murdered him." Wailing starts from the hallway. The deputies are directed from this space. The nurse whispers into a deputy, who states,"I do not understand; I could not tell."
A deputy informs the group to return. Four of these return in. Neville is switched into his side while the nurse assesses him. The nurse lifts a stethoscope into Neville's chest and his head drops toward the floor. "Get an AED; I can not hear his heartbeat," the nurse says gently. Deputies are led to roll him onto his back. The nurse starts CPR and the movie finishes, newsobserver reports.
