He did his schooling from Mumbai's Utpal Shanghvi School and proceeded into Mitthibai College of Commerce to pursue his graduation from trade. Thereafter, he moved into Tech Music Schools, London to pursue a Diploma in English Contemporary Music.

Since Aditya hails from a family with a musical history, he had been inclined towards audio at a really young age. He sang a song in his 4th birthday and had been seen by Kalyanji Virji Shah who supplied him to sing in the concert known as"Little Wonders." Narayan performed for its"Little Wonders" troupe in the Filmfare Award Work (1995) and has been seen by the director and producer Subhash Ghai who signed him to get his movie"Pardes."
Aditya played in over a hundred songs as a kid artist and released an album titled"Aditya." His most loved tune was Chhota Baccha Jaan Ke in the movie Masoom at 1996. He also received the Screen Awards critics' Greatest Child Singer and a special jury award at the Screen awards as best kid singer to the song.

Since his debut movie, Shaapit (2010), Aditya was in a relationship with celebrity Shweta Agarwal, also got married to one another on Tuesday, 1 December 2020, in the ISKCON temple at Juhu, Mumbai.
In a meeting, while speaking about Shweta, Aditya stated,
I met Shweta about the collections of'Shaapit' and we hit it off immediately. Slowly and slowly, I realised that I had been head-over-heels in love and began pursuing her. Originally, she wanted to be'just friends', since we're both very young and wanted to concentrate on our professions. Like any relationship, we've observed a great deal of ups-and-downs within the previous ten decades. Marriage is merely a formality between us today, which should also occur by November or even December. My parents understand Shweta and enjoy her a great deal. Career
Aditya Narayan began his career as a television set at the reality TV singing series"Sa Re Ga Ma Pa." In 2009, he made his debut in Bollywood as a direct performer with the movie"Shaapit." Aditya gave his voice to 4 tunes in the movie and in addition, he composed and wrote the title track'Shaapit Hua' of the movie. He combined Sanjay Leela Bhansali as an assistant manager for the movie"Ram Leela." In addition, he sang two songs for the movie which comprised"Tattad Tattad" and"Ishqaun Dhishqyaun."
At exactly the exact same year, he produced a band known as"The A Team." Aditya has hosted a range of seasons of this singing reality series"Sa Re Ga Ma Pa." He's also emerged as a host to the reality show'X Factor' on Sony Entertainment Television.

Aditya was suspended by the Mitthibai College at Mumbai after that he had been discovered misbehaving with all the security guards.
On 2 October 2017, Aditya was on his way back to Mumbai from Raipur and 5 people when they had been stopped in the Raipur airport to carrying the extra baggage. Aditya carried surplus luggage of 40 kg because of that he had been requested to cover INR 13,000. The singer refused to cover the quantity and began misbehaving with all the female team and Duty Supervisor. He abused the team members of their Indigo airlines. But later he apologized to the floor staff after he had been supplied with all the boarding card.
About 12 March 2018, he had been detained by the Versova Police for allegedly ramming his Mercedes-Benz to an auto rickshaw, injuring the driver and a female passenger. He was released on bond.
